For more than 20 years, I've worked behind the scenes in some of the most complex, high-pressure environments across corporate and professional services. I've supported boards, C-suite executives and senior leadership teams where the stakes were high, expectations were uncompromising, and things simply had to work.

My experience spans operations, strategy, governance, executive communications, and event management. I've sat at the table where decisions are made, and I've been the person responsible for turning those decisions into action. I understand what excellence looks like because I've spent my career working in organisations where precision, judgement and follow-through weren't optional.
