I'm Kathy Uhlik, founder of Lumina VA. I bring 20+ years of experience coordinating the most complex, high-stakes environments in corporate and professional services; across boards, C-suite leadership teams, and external stakeholders where things not holding together had real consequences.

My background spans strategy, operations, communications and governance. I've sat at the table where decisions get made and understood what it takes to translate those decisions into something that actually gets executed. I know what rigorous looks like, because I've worked inside organisations where nothing less was acceptable.

What I offer founders of technical and specialist businesses is the operational and strategic thinking they don't have time to do themselves, applied with the same standard of precision and discipline they bring to their own work.
